There are some plants where no matter what you do, you can’t kill them. In fact, they need the same conditions as humans do with indirect light from a window and a temperature of 55 to 75 degrees Fahrenheit being sufficient enough to grow.
Better still: the only disease that is possible with these plants is root rot, and which occur from adding too much water.
So, with that said, here are 3 perfect indoors plants with minimal maintenance:
#1: Christmas Cactus
The more you ignore this plant, the more it will bloom. It is a member of the cactus family that during winter produces deep pink or red flowers. If you want more flowers, then expose the plant to more sunlight.
If you want your Christmas cactus to bloom, then either keep it in darkness for 12 hours a night in December or expose to cool temperatures ranging from 50 to 55 degrees Fahrenheit.
#2: Cast Iron Plant
This plant gets its name from being able to grow under worst conditions with one of them, the preference of low light. It can even grow outdoors in deep shade. It usually grows in a clump and has leaves that are pointed like swords. It flowers indoors occasionally.
#3: Dragon Tree
Various varieties of Dracaena have been given attention as container plantings and as outdoor plants. There are examples of indoor plants, such as the Dragon Tree, that make houseplants that are easy to maintain.
For this indoor plant to grow well, which it can up to almost 10 feet, it needs bright light and be allowed to dry out between waterings. This indoor plant is also grown in water but once it develops roots, it is best planted in soil.
